Are singaporean girls losing ground?

Here in Singapore, you see the perpetually self-conceited local girls growing old without the other half. While on the other hand, local men are seen with girls from other countries more and more. Why is that? Are sg girls not interested in men? Or girls from other countries easier to approach? Or else?
